TailorHub provides tailor shop management software. We take the privacy of shop owners, staff and their customers seriously. This page explains what we collect, why, and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account information for shop owners and staff (name, email, role).
• Customer and order data that shops enter into the platform to operate their business.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser information to keep the service secure.

How we use it

• To provide and improve the TailorHub service.
• To respond to support requests.
• To prevent fraud and keep tenant data safe.

Data ownership

Each tailor shop owns the data it enters into TailorHub. Tenant data is isolated per shop and only accessible to that shop's authorised users.
